I highly recommend The Cosmetic Dentists of Austin! After years of mediocre experiences with other orthodontic / dental practices in Texas, I am grateful to have found and gotten to work with this team and am so happy with the results of my treatment here. I have had braces / orthodontic work four different times from childhood to adulthood, and all of those treatment attempts ended up only temporarily or partially addressing a functional bite issue I had. (Almost all of my prior orthodontic providers had told me the only way I could fully treat my bite issue was to have an invasive surgery to break and re-fuse my jaw, which I am so thankful I never opted into now!) The team at the Cosmetic Dentists of Austin gave me a fully permanent solution by engineering porcelain veneers and providing jaw muscle and orthotics training that has finally given me a permanent solution to a lifelong bite issue! Functionally, my bite is more comfortable than it's ever been in my life. Cosmetically, my smile looks and feels great too -- they did a great job at upgrading my smile a bit while still matching to what my natural teeth were like so that my new smile doesn't look fake or unnatural. I primarily worked with Dr. Barras, Ana, Jessica, Danielle, Amber, Jenn, and Sheena -- and they were all remarkably detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and warm from the beginning to the end of my treatment process. I'm again grateful to have gotten to work with this exceptional team and would highly recommend them!

The doctors and the rest of the staff are amazing! They are warm, professional and their work is impeccable. I couldn't be happier with my brand new smile and I get compliments on it all the time! All I can say is WOW! My wife came to The Cosmetic Dentist of Austin for veneers a few years ago and has never been happier with her smile. I never thought that I would be someone that would need veneers and thought I had great teeth. Needless to say, I have NEVER been happier with my smile and my teeth. These guys are the best. They take their time and go through everything that they are going to do. They we’re always on time and extremely patient and professional. Dr. Barras is the best at what he does. I was extremely fortunate that I found them. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. The results are absolutely amazing.

It’s been an absolute pleasure working with everyone here. Dr Hay was the dentist I have had the pleasure of working on my bite correction and smile with. He has been extremely attentive every step of the way and really is a master with his work. The assistants are always ready to help with anything that may arise in the process from end to end and have done an amazing job of taking care of me. I went in for my complimentary consultation and everyone here was extremely friendly and so so nice , I loved how comfortable they made me feel and how much knowledge they had about my teeth and how to fix them . They showed me a end result picture that they constructed on the computer on more or less how my teeth would look like after and I literally cried ! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a better smile
